Q: What’s your sample policy?
Normal Solid-Color Microfiber Towel and existing products in our warehouse are free of charge. Customers only need to pay the shipping cost (DHL/Fedex/TNT/UPS). Custom printed or woven towels require a sample charge.
Q: How long is your sample time?
About 2-3 days for existing samples, 4-5 days for customized printed microfiber towels, and around 10-14 days for woven and molded products.
Q: What's your payment terms?
We require a 30% T/T deposit before production and the balance before delivery. L/C, T/T, Trade Assurance Order, and PayPal are also acceptable.
Q: Can you add our logo on the products?
Yes, we offer woven, embroidered, sublimated printing, and screen printed logos. The packaging can also be customized with your logo.
Q: Could you design the pattern or logo for me?
Yes, we have a professional design team at your service free of charge. You can provide your ideas, and we will create a pre-production sample for you.
Q: How do you guarantee product quality?
Customers can request existing or custom samples before placing an order. Our professional QC team inspects product quality throughout the entire mass production process.
